Resonance Students Perform at Red By Night

News

On Thursday 25th of April, Resonance students were the headlining acts in their latest assessed performance at local venue Red By Night. As part of their assessment, our first and second-year students formed four bands; each band chose songs from different decades to perform, and came up with their own staging, costume choices and band names.

Students’ families and friends were in attendance to support them, as well as members of the public. The night kicked off at 7pm, and the audience were consistently impressed by the talents of each band. It was clear to see how much hard work the students had put into their performances, and they should all be proud of what they achieved.

Engineering for the evening was done by Joshua Oldfield, who graduated from Resonance in 2023 and currently works as our technician. Red By Night is a familiar venue to Joshua as he also works there as a technician. A number of our trustees were in attendance, and we’d like to thank them for their continued support of Resonance.

As the 2023/24 academic year draws to an end, we hope all Resonance students have a restful summer, and wish our third years the best of luck in the last push for their dissertations.
